As most of you know that have me on snapchat, or if you’ve been around me, the Justin Bieber song “Despacito” has me wrapped around it’s finger, only I’ve turned it into the “Cheesy Burrito” song. After 4 songs that turned me into a mexican rapper, I felt like I was at one of the local Mexican joints. Now I feel like I need a few pitchers of margaritas and a bucket of Queso!

Pig I love guns and bacon shirt

Alfredo literally has nothing to do with bacon so that makes no sense. I was simply asking if someone had any idea’s on making this without bacon. And why wouldn’t the  foil  keep in enough moisture? Seriously just asking. The roll itself looks so good. I’m going to have to research and see if I can find something similar without the pork. I make a pork loin wrapped in bacon, really tasty. The bacon keeps the roast from drying out. I season with salt and pepper, brown in pan on stove top, wrap in bacon, roast for 1 hour to an hour and a half.
